Approach

I'm a unique kind of nonprofit consultant.  I'm a structural strategist specializing in the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors, mostly known for my ability to see hidden systems and translate vision into executable strategy and new revenue streams. I bring over 30 years of experience in leadership, organizational design, and conscious systems building. My approach integrates structure, awareness, and integrity to create organizations that function efficiently, raise funds easily, and lead consciously.

Core Philosophy

I operate from the belief that every organization is a living system. When structure, purpose, and awareness are aligned, sustainable success follows naturally.

Who Are My Clients

Who are my typical clients?

I work with mission-driven leaders, organizations, and philanthropists at pivotal moments.

While my 30+ years of experience spans the full nonprofit lifecycle, I intentionally focus my work where I create the greatest clarity, momentum, and lasting impact. I partner with those who are ready for thoughtful leadership, disciplined strategy, and a conscious, well-connected guide who understands how vision, governance, funding, and execution work together.

Executive Leadership Teams

CEOs, Executive Directors, and Senior Leadership

Leaders responsible for execution, growth, and accountability who need clear systems, strategic alignment, and trusted counsel during expansion, restructuring, or complexity. This work often includes revenue strategy, operational readiness, and leadership stabilization.

Philanthropic Families and Private Foundations

Family Offices, Foundations, and High-Net-Worth Donors

Philanthropists seeking to align funding strategies with mission outcomes. Individuals and families seeking thoughtful stewardship and passion-matching for their giving, long-term impact strategy, and alignment between values, vision, and measurable outcomes. This includes structure, governance, and impact design.

Nonprofit Organizations in Transition

Start-Ups, Turnarounds, and Scaling Organizations

Mission-driven organizations at a pivotal moment, including launch, recovery, merger, leadership change, founder's syndrome, or rapid growth. Engagements focus on building healthy infrastructure, interim and fractional leadership when needed, sustainable funding models, and clear operational pathways.

Social Enterprise and Hybrid Ventures

Mission-Driven Businesses and Hybrid Models

Organizations operating at the intersection of earned revenue and philanthropy that require clarity around structure, compliance, funding strategy, new funding pathways, and long-term sustainability.

Boards in Formation or Re-Alignment

New, Rebuilding, or Underperforming Boards

Boards that want to move from passive oversight to effective governance, strategic leadership, and healthy partnership with executive leadership. This includes board education, role clarity, and decision-making frameworks.

Trusted Advisors and Ecosystem Partners

Attorneys, Accountants, Wealth Advisors, and Consultants

Professionals who engage as a strategic partner when clients need deeper organizational, governance, or philanthropic expertise beyond their core services.

Five Core Qualities I Bring to Every Client Partnership

I approach nonprofit growth differently. My work begins with structure and awareness, not surface-level solutions. I study how people, processes, and purpose interact, then design systems that support all three. This approach helps organizations move beyond short-term fixes into lasting, sustainable growth. It’s the reason my clients experience clarity, alignment, and measurable results.

These are the five core qualities I bring to every partnership:

Core Service Qualities

MASTER OF SYSTEMS & PROCESSES
I bring structure, flow, and precision to complex environments. My work simplifies what feels heavy and transforms it into an efficient, scalable system that supports growth and stability.

1

DEEPLY EMPATHIC AND CONNECTED
I lead with understanding. My ability to listen and sense what’s needed helps clients feel seen and supported, creating trust and alignment across teams and communities.

2

3

INSIGHTFUL AND INTUITIVE
I see beneath the surface. My intuitive understanding of systems and people allows me to identify what’s truly driving results and where quiet adjustments can lead to transformation.

STRATEGICALLY EFFICIENT
I move with focus and intention. Every plan, process, and decision is designed to deliver meaningful progress without wasted effort, ensuring success without burnout.

4

EMPOWERING PRESENCE
I help others rise into their capability. My approach naturally builds confidence and ownership, creating a ripple effect of leadership and impact throughout an organization.

Impact

Impact Matters

Impact isn’t just a buzzword in the nonprofit space; it’s the reason we do this work. It's not measured only in numbers or reports, but in the lives touched, the missions advanced, and the communities strengthened.

Over the years, I’ve worked with nonprofit leaders who carry enormous responsibility: visionaries, founders, board members, and executive directors who are often juggling everything from fundraising to strategic planning to team dynamics.

My work is to walk alongside them, helping them clear the fog, stabilize the foundation, and expand their capacity, so they can lead with confidence and clarity.

I believe impact happens when leaders feel aligned, supported, and equipped not just with strategy, but with the space to lead from their values. That’s when fundraising becomes sustainable. That’s when boards become collaborative. That’s when missions grow stronger without exhausting the people behind them.

The ripple effect of well-supported leadership can’t be overstated. When the right guidance is in place, leaders move differently. They make decisions that build trust, raise more money, and carry their organizations into the future with purpose and stability.

That’s the kind of impact I’m committed to - not surface-level change, but real, long-lasting transformation rooted in wisdom, strategy, and heart.
