My purpose is to help nonprofit leaders lead with clarity, strategy, and heart. My legacy is the impact I help others create. For over 30 years, I’ve walked alongside nonprofit founders, executive directors, boards, and fundraisers—supporting them through challenge, change, and growth. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what truly sustains the people behind the mission. I offer that experience so today’s leaders can build organizations that outlast them—with integrity, wisdom, and joy.
